Recruitment Fraud Alert

Carollo Engineers’ representatives conduct all e-mail communications through a company e-mail address that ends with We do not use any other version of our company name as our e-mail address and we do not use free webmail accounts such as Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail or any other general e-mail address. Any interviews related to job opportunities are conducted in person and/or via Microsoft Teams, not via any other platform such as Zoom or any other video-conferencing platform. All legitimate job opportunities are posted on our company website’s career page.

We extend offers of employment only after a comprehensive interview process, which includes meeting the hiring manager in person (which includes a video meeting via Microsoft Teams). We will never ask you for a payment of any sort or offer you payments for supplies, equipment, etc., until after you have officially started work for Carollo. We will not request personal information such as social security number, identification/passport number, birth date, banking information or other financial details until your first day of employment.

If you are contacted via LinkedIn or any other job-related website and/or social media site by someone who appears to work at Carollo Engineers, you should ask the person to provide their business e-mail address, which should end with If you suspect a recruitment attempt is fraudulent, you should cease communications.
