This role is a dynamic opportunity for an organized and detail-oriented individual to contribute to the smooth operation of document processing and support functions. By utilizing a range of tools and software such as Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Acrobat, and Bluebeam, you will play a key role in producing, formatting, and maintaining high-quality documents. Your ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and work independently will be crucial in ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently. With strong communication skills and a proactive approach, you will thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities

 

  • Complete document processing training and sign-off period using tools and strategies provided by DP Corporate Trainers.
  • Supports document processing needs and participates in the DP shared work pool when there is no local DP work.
  • Produces and formats specifications, technical and design memoranda, reports and general correspondence using company templates and formatting standards.
  • Proofreads completed work for accuracy of editing and formatting.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and exercise judgment on order of completion of tasks.
  • Microsoft Word Office 365 (intermediate level).
  • Microsoft Excel Office 365 (basic to intermediate level: formatting, header/footer, file path name, etc.).
  • Adobe Acrobat/Bluebeam (converting files into PDF format; adding bookmarks and thumbnails, appending pages).
  • Converts scanned images or Excel files into MSWord documents.
  • Combines files (Excel, Word, Acrobat, etc.) for production purposes.
  • Converts documents to Adobe PDF files.
  • Converts and cleans documents from other software applications.
  • Organizes and maintains directory structures and file naming.
  • Maintains knowledge of company supported software packages in order to provide maximum support.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
  • Type 65 wpm.
  • Ability to work without direct supervision.
  • High level of critical thinking.
  • Professional experience handling confidential/sensitive issues.
  • Ability to exercise good judgment.
  • Prioritize as business/workload dictates and deadline changes.
  • Initiative, proactive attitude.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and exercise judgment on order of completion of tasks.
