A warm welcome to Ann Swanberg, who has over 30 years of experience specializing in water distribution and wastewater collection infrastructure.
In addition to her work with municipal and rural communities, Ann has passionately supported tribal communities, having managed the Sanitation Facilities Construction Program for the Cherokee Nation in Oklahoma and served as the Pueblo Engineer for the Pueblo of Sandia in New Mexico.
Having functioned as the project owner, owner’s representative, federal funding agent, and engineer of record, Ann’s holistic insight into project and stakeholder priorities overcome project challenges, highlight common goals, and shepherd important infrastructure projects from planning through construction.
