Jafeth Baez Rossy has joined Carollo as a Client Services Manager based in Miami, FL. Jafeth has 25 years of experience managing the planning and design efforts for new capital construction projects, as well as water and wastewater facility operations.
Based in our Miami office, Jafeth will be responsible for delivery of large, complex projects including the Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department (MDWASD) Central District new tertiary treatment facilities. He also brings a wealth of knowledge in utility administration from his past experience as the Utilities Director for the City of North Miami Beach.
