ODESSA, Texas – Carollo Engineers, the nation’s largest water-focused engineering firm, continues its support of and investment in the City of Odessa, Texas, with the recent opening of a dedicated local office. Located at 4037 East 42nd Street, Suite 209, the new office will provide a full range of planning, design, and construction management services to local municipalities and industrial clients within the region, including in Odessa and the larger Permian Basin area.
Led by Vice President, Hutch Musallam, PE, who has more than twenty years of experience managing projects in West Texas, the team of Texas-based experts, engineers and staff includes Resident Project Representatives Chris Christensen and Gregg Mayo, as well as Office Administrator Gloria Gonzales.
With the opening of the Odessa office, Carollo will continue to lend its process design, advisory, and construction management expertise to local water and wastewater projects, including the $95 million water treatment plant upgrade, which just entered the construction phase.
“We have been supporting Odessa for many years through our various Texas offices and are thrilled to now have a permanent address here,” said Musallam. “This provides us the opportunity to efficiently service our relationships with established clients, as well as build new connections with a client base that is not only in the water and wastewater industry but also in the oil and gas sector.”
