Carollo Engineers Expands Atlanta Team with Key Hires

Giny Jacob and Jennifer Suttles to be based at The Water Tower Innovation Center

ATLANTA, GA, January 9, 2024 – Carollo Engineers, North America’s premier water engineering and consulting firm, proudly announces the expansion of its Atlanta operation with the addition of two senior project managers, Giny Jacob and Jennifer Suttles. Carollo is making this move in response to the company’s sustained growth and increasing client demand in the Eastern region.

Both Giny Jacob and Jennifer Suttles will be based at The Water Tower, further aligning Carollo’s strategic talent with the innovation ecosystem. Carollo, as the inaugural tenant, launched its Atlanta-area operation at The Water Tower in 2022.

• Giny Jacob, PE – Project Manager and Market Lead for Georgia: Giny brings over 20 years of expertise as a project manager and detailed design engineer. She specializes in the design of conventional or alternative delivery of treatment facility expansions and improvements, water distribution system designs, and pump station and collection systems projects. Giny has also served as Owner’s Engineer on multiple alternative delivery projects for large municipal water reclamation facilities. Actively engaged in the industry, Giny currently serves as the Georgia Water Environment Federation Board Chair.
• Jennifer Suttles, PE – Project Manager, East Region Asset Management Lead: Jennifer brings to Carollo over 25 years of asset management expertise. Jennifer joins Carollo after a successful tenure as Division Director for Water and Sewer Technical Services at the Gwinnett County Department of Water Resources. In her capacity at Carollo, Jennifer will share insights and experiences gained from overseeing significant capital programs at Gwinnett County with other municipalities in the East. Jennifer currently serves on the American Water Works Association Asset Management Committee.
