As a member of the Human Resources team, the Recruiting Coordinator will partner with the Recruiting Team and other leaders aligned with the implementation of best practices to support Carollo’s vision. The position requires strong written and verbal communication skills, talent acquisition experience, collaboration, and independent judgment.
This opportunity is a hybrid position. Qualified candidates must be able to commute into our Phoenix office at least two days per week.
Responsibilities
• Administration of Recruiting Programs – Employee Referral Program, Outreach Events, Handshake for College Recruiting, Third Party Recruiter User Account Set Up and Tracking of Contracts
• Source candidates through applicant tracking system (ATS), employee referral program site, and other talent identification networks, to share with Recruiters
• Work with Hiring Managers to complete New Position Requests and obtain appropriate approvals to post positions
• Post approved positions on Carollo Careers page through applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Audit current job openings to ensure consistency, uniformity, and accuracy
• Review new applicants in ATS for approximately 10-20 requisitions in ATS to identify qualified candidates for submission to Hiring Managers
• Conduct pre-screens with qualified candidates upon recruiter and/or hiring manager request
• Assist in coordinating interviews, including scheduling, making travel arrangements, and conducting reference checks, including following up with hiring managers to obtain interview notes and candidate feedback to document in ATS
• Draft offer letters, repayment agreements, and teleworker agreements, when necessary, using offer letter templates and terms of offer information provided by the Hiring Manager
• Audit filled positions within applicant tracking system to ensure that each candidate receives an appropriate disposition code for each job posting at the end of the recruitment cycle and that each candidate has been moved to the appropriate hiring stage
• Track offers that have been extended, ensuring enough time is allotted to prepare for onboarding and arrival of IT equipment
• Support members of the Recruiting Team as needed
Qualifications
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and time management
• Strong client service orientation
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Proficiency using Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 1 – 3 years of recruiting experience
