Water Festival at the Boise WaterShed Environmental Education Center

SATURDAY, August 21 – FREE ACTIVITIES 10 AM – 1 PM

Today is all about water! Let’s celebrate our most precious resource with games, challenges, art and more! Build a boat to sail in our simulated Boise River, be a water engineer, and play water themed games. Learn how you can protect the Boise River and then create a beautiful piece of art inspired by the river and everyone who uses it.

WATERSHED WEEKEND INFORMATION

Free family fun! No tickets required. For your health and safety, no public water renewal tours will be offered. All activities will take place outdoors, weather permitting. Please note that face masks are encouraged on all guests age 2 and older in the exhibit hall. Face masks are not required outside in the river campus, unless participating in a program or within 6 feet of other guests. Physical distancing between groups is required. No groups of ten or more please. Please note that masks are required when interacting with staff or volunteers at stations.
