Teri joins our Jacksonville office with 20 years of utility planning, design, and project management experience, with expertise in agile infrastructure master planning and solution implementation.
During her tenure with St. Johns County Utility Department, she managed over $90 million of capital improvement design and construction contracts, including greenfield advanced wastewater treatment facilities, groundwater storage tanks, and booster pumping facilities.
