A former operator and project manager representing owner’s interests, Chris brings a holistic perspective to Carollo’s Oklahoma City office.
He has successfully managed multi-billion dollar infrastructure programs, delivering pipelines, pump stations, and utility interconnects. Most recently, he managed design and construction of a 24 mgd finished water pump station, treatment plant upgrades, and raw water storage for the City of Stillwater.
Chris’s expertise spans municipal and industrial water systems, including construction commissioning, operations, storage, and cathodic protection. His background allows him to anticipate owners’ needs while safely delivering projects on time and under budget.
