Gary Geck brings proven expertise in planning and managing large-scale water utility capital improvement programs to Carollo’s Utility Advisory Services group and Washington, D.C. office.
As Program Director for DC Water’s $900 million, 10-year Capital Improvement Program, he oversaw comprehensive upgrades to water distribution, transmission, pumping, and storage systems across 1,300 miles of infrastructure. Especially versed in aging urban infrastructure renewals and system-wide asset management, Gary has led major Mid-Atlantic capital programs with Baltimore DPW, Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission, and Philadelphia Water Department.
