Howard brings 35 years of expertise in infrastructure and advanced treatment. He has served industrial wastewater needs around the globe, with proven experience in the semiconductor, mining, and oil & gas industries.
He has provided valuable leadership during complex projects, including managing a $75 million design-build water treatment system in Sri Lanka and directing planning and implementation for numerous facility upgrades for the semiconductor industry.
