Jessica Dresang on the importance of endowed scholarships | Diverse

Dresang has been a dedicated member of the Society of Women Engineers (SWE) for over 25 years, actively participating in various committees and board positions both during her collegiate years at the University of Arizona and professionally with SWE Phoenix. She also serves on the Board of Directors for the Susan E. Stutz McDonald Memorial Scholarship Foundation, collaborating with the SWE Board of Trustees to establish a scholarship endowment for aspiring environmental engineers.

In this episode, Dresang discusses her personal motivations behind endowing scholarships and the impact these scholarships have on future engineers.
