We’re excited to announce that Mandy LeBlanc has joined Carollo’s Washington, D.C. office.
Mandy brings 21 years of experience in water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure. Her numerous technical and leadership roles have included manager, project engineer, design lead, and program manager for high-impact projects and infrastructure across the Gulf Coast and Mid-Atlantic regions. Most recently, as Senior Manager of Pumping Operations for DC Water, she led a 30-person team overseeing 24/7 operations for nearly 40 critical facilities across the region.
Mandy’s hands-on operations experience and thoughtful approach provide unique value to design teams, ensuring deliverables meet real-world operational needs.
