With over 36 years in civil engineering and construction, Michael has led engineering and construction teams on all sides of the water industry, including as an engineering consultant, utility owner, and general contractor.
His program management, construction, and engineering leadership have delivered hundreds of large-scale infrastructure programs for his clients. Especially skilled at delivering intricate projects, he provides specialized expertise in large diameter pipelines, trenchless construction, and complex pumping facilities.
Michael’s responsive leadership and deep understanding of all project phases facilitate innovative, cost-effective solutions for the most challenging water infrastructure projects.
