Nestor has more than 20 years of experience in water and wastewater infrastructure planning, design, and construction. He specializes in linear infrastructure and pump station design, with expertise in corrosion control and Lead and Copper Rule compliance, a critical challenge facing utilities throughout Florida.
As a recognized industry leader and FSAWWA board member, Nestor has successfully managed complex infrastructure projects for the City of Tampa, Hillsborough County, and Tampa Bay Water. His collaborative approach and technical excellence have established him as a trusted advisor to utilities across the region
