Tina brings more than four decades of leadership in water, wastewater, stormwater, environmental engineering, and infrastructure program delivery.
Throughout her career, she has combined technical and project experience with a strong ability to develop client relationships, shape strategic opportunities, and build effective project teams. Her experience includes leadership of DeKalb County’s $4.2 billion water and wastewater capital improvement program and long-term environmental and sustainability programs for Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.
In her new role, Tina will support Carollo’s market development in Georgia and across the Southeast. Her extensive regional relationships, understanding of public-sector clients, and collaborative leadership style will help Carollo expand its presence while continuing to provide responsive, technically excellent service.
