John Civardi brings 35 years of expertise to our Philadelphia office, specializing in groundwater and surface water treatment. He also brings critical insight into low pressure membrane filtration, mechanical dewatering, corrosion control, and distribution system optimization.
A recognized industry leader, he has chaired and served on multiple American Water Works Association (AWWA) committees while co-authoring several of the organization’s key publications.
Having overseen pilot testing, design, and construction of water treatment facilities across the United States, John now applies his comprehensive experience to drinking water projects throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions.
