Providing California wastewater agencies with the perspective and resources to build resilient systems that can adapt to climate change.
Carollo represents California wastewater agencies’ perspectives on climate change mitigation and adaptation to state agencies and regulatory bodies, as well as national and local regulatory agencies as needed.
- Tracking and coordinating responses to regulatory and policy development that impacts the wastewater sector.
- Proactively engage state agencies in discussions on both mitigation and adaptation related issues to create opportunities for the wastewater sector in building resilient communities.
- Directly advise the state agencies on their approach to assessing the wastewater sector’s vulnerability to climate change impacts.
